Miami Dolphins

The Miami Dolphins will have a lot of roster positions to improve on going into 2020, and nose tackle could be one of them. As it stands, Davon Godchaux is at the top of the depth chart, followed by Gerald Willis and Zach Sieler.

Miami’s Walter Payton Man of the Year nominee, Godchaux is just 25 years older, and will likely provide a tremendous upside in the future. However, with Willis and Sieler being both just 24, Miami’s nose tackle position could afford to gain some age and experience.

Shelby Harris, at 28 years old, could fill both of these gaps, and could provide some leadership and mentoring for their younger guys. It also is worth mentioning that with the no-tax clause, the state of Florida is a popular destination for free agents. However, if Miami were to express interest in Harris, it potentially may only be on a one or two year deal.
