Enough with the defense, back to the offense…

The Broncos need playmakers on offense, and James Proche could certainly help out in that regard. He was another Senior Bowl standout who could help out Denver’s offense.

A former teammate of Courtland Sutton’s at SMU, Proche has developed into one of the top playmakers in college football working out of the slot or outside.

Scouts at the Senior Bowl spoke highly of his work out of the slot where Proche can use his route quickness and strong hands to make plays.

In addition to being great working the slot, Proche is a big-play threat with excellent speed, although playing vertical is not necessarily his sweet spot.

I think as the Broncos transition to more three-wide sets, Proche is the type of player who could rotate in and out with guys like DaeSean Hamilton to give the Broncos a dynamic set of weapons at wide receiver.
