Two straight interior line picks for the Broncos?

Two straight interior line picks for the Broncos.

The Broncos have Connor McGovern coming up on an expiring contract and Ron Leary as a likely cap casualty. If they decide not to bring either guy back, that means there are two starting spots open up front.

It seems highly unlikely that John Elway would go into an NFL Draft with two obvious needs on the interior offensive line, but this would be the class to do it. He could easily get starting caliber players well into day three.

I really like what Jonah Jackson showed this past week at Senior Bowl practices, emerging as one of the top interior linemen in a deep class.

Jackson was a grad transfer from Rutgers, but he would give the Broncos back-to-back Buckeyes in the NFL Draft’s third round (Dre’Mont Jones, 2019).

Jackson showed the ability to anchor against some of the quickest and strongest guys at Mobile all week and could be an instant starter for Denver at the right guard spot.
