One of the Broncos’ top needs in the 2020 offseason is going to be on the interior offensive line.

We’ll have to wait and see how this is addressed when it comes to free agency, but there are possibly two new starters needed up front offensively for the Broncos if the team loses Connor McGovern in free agency and decides to decline Ron Leary’s club option as they are expected to do.

With the Broncos are picking near the middle of every round, some movement may be needed to secure the players they want the most but making it back-to-back LSU picks is an easy decision here, and an argument could be made that the Broncos would do well to take LSU players in every round of this draft and they’d have the best class in the league.

Lloyd Cushenberry’s stock right now is probably between rounds 2-3 and I don’t see it getting any lower. If the Broncos were able to get him with their top pick in the third round, they would be counting their lucky stars similar to getting Dalton Risner and Drew Lock in the second round last year.

Cushenberry has an NFL-ready build and has played a lot of games for the Tigers, playing with toughness, athleticism, and smarts on the offensive interior.

I see him as a starting center or guard for the Broncos if selected here.
