Vic Fangio will be named Coach of the Year early in the decade

In his first year as head coach, Vic Fangio ended up with just four fewer wins than Vance Joseph was able to accomplish in two years with the team. It will only take him five wins in 2020 to surpass Joseph.

While most teams will not be satisfied with a 7-9 record, there seems to be a lot of promise for this team going into the new decade. I can only believe that year two for Vic Fangio will be even better.

Do not be surprised if Fangio finds himself winning the NFL Coach of the Year award either next year or in 2021. This will be especially true if he can get the team back to their winning ways in a short amount of time.
