Santa’s Nice List

Alexander Johnson

By: Ty Walden

Ever since he made his way onto the starting roster in week five, Alexander Johnson has been a force on defense. Hopefully he can be the inside linebacker the Denver Broncos have needed since Danny Trevathan signed with the Chicago Bears.

He has recorded 83 tackles in his first season. Imagine if he had started the season earlier. I feel as if he would be well over 100 tackles. I am looking forward to what he can do for the defense next season.

In a season that has been quite rough at times, it is nice that the Denver Broncos might have found a gem once again when it comes to undrafted free agents. Here is hoping that he can continue that trend in 2020 and beyond.
