Denver Broncos: Players we’re excited to watch on Color Rush weekend

The pass rushers
The Broncos’ pass rush this year has not gotten home nearly enough for my liking, and I’m sure you’d share my opinion there.
David Blough, the quarterback for the Lions right now, is an undrafted rookie out of Purdue who has taken nine sacks in three games and also has thrown five interceptions. He’s completing less than 60 percent of his passes, and strictly based on what Lions fans are saying on Twitter, it doesn’t sound like he’s got the offense humming.
This is an opportunity for the Broncos’ pass rush to really set the tone.
The Lions have allowed 38 sacks this season total, so the Broncos’ rushers should have their shots on the QB. This game is going to require the pass rushers being opportunistic and not just getting hits on the quarterback, but maybe even taking the ball away with a strip-sack or two.
I know, crazy idea, right?

The Broncos have not been forcing turnovers at a high rate this season, and playing against Blough in this game or even if Kyle Sloter plays, Von Miller, Jeremiah Attaochu, Malik Reed, and Justin Hollins need to find ways to win off the edge and create big plays for the defense.
