The Denver Broncos will be back home and rocking their color rush uniforms against the Lions on Sunday. Here are some players we’re excited to see.

The Denver Broncos are coming back home after two weeks on the road against the Houston Texans and Kansas City Chiefs, and they are returning in style.

The Broncos will wear their color rush uniforms on Sunday against the Detroit Lions, one of their cleanest uniform looks in my opinion.

Although many are put off by the all orange tops and pants, the Broncos’ helmet and uniform design as a whole is just a fresh modern take on the team’s classic look from the 80s and 90s.

The Broncos ‘new’ logo, which debuted in the late 90s, is still a very cool logo but this is just a great combination.

The last time the Broncos were in their color rush uniforms, they capped off a very fun victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers with a Shelby Harris interception.

Phillip Lindsay ran for 110 yards and a touchdown as the Broncos won their second in the midst of a fun three-game winning streak last season. The winning streak ended after the following week when the Broncos improved to 6-6 with a win over the Cincinnati Bengals.

There’s a good mojo going right now with the Broncos’ color rush uniforms, which debuted in 2016 in a loss to the Chargers. In 2017, the Broncos wore their color rush uniforms in a win over the Indianapolis Colts.

Since the Broncos are going to look so good, they might as well play good, right?

Although Denver’s roster is currently depleted by injuries, there is still a lot to look forward to watching as we turn from strictly caring about the outcome of the game to evaluating individual player performances.

We need to find out what guys are going to be on this team next year, or at least which ones are going to make a strong case for it as this season closes out.

Let’s take a look through some of the top players and situations to watch on Sunday as the Broncos host the Detroit Lions.
