There is a lot to be excited about in regards to the future of the Denver Broncos. Here are players I’m looking forward to seeing in 2020.

With the 2019 season quickly coming to a conclusion for the Denver Broncos, it is time to take a look at the future.

Denver brought in a first-time head coach in Vic Fangio this year and it has been a rocky road. The Broncos went into the season with Joe Flacco installed as the starting quarterback but after a number of bad weeks, he was replaced by Brandon Allen.

The plan was to continue getting rookie second-round quarterback Drew Lock ready after he recovered from a thumb injury that kept him out. Finally, Lock got the start against the Los Angeles Chargers.

The Broncos also have a new coaching staff, and offensive coordinator Rich Scangarello’s offense basically requires a quarterback who can move around. Joe Flacco clearly was not that guy. Neither was Brandon Allen.

Outside linebacker Bradley Chubb tore his ACL in week four and has been out since then. Von Miller has not had a spectacular year—at least not to previous seasons. A lot of it has to do with the new system. Miller has been tasked with dropping into coverage more often than any other time in his career.

The 2020 season will be here before we know it. Here are players I am looking forward to most.
