Like I said, the Broncos have a history of taking guys from the Pac 12 and trusting that particular scout, so they get a second possible starting offensive lineman here in the third round.

Jake Hanson has been a starter for the Ducks since 2016 and has been one of the highest graded centers in all of college football since that time.

He’s particularly solid in pass protection but is also more than capable in the running game and he does a good job of making protection calls and creating cohesiveness with the rest of the offensive line.

I don’t know what the Broncos are going to do with their interior line this offseason. Maybe they view Connor McGovern as the long-term center, but he could also be a solution for the team at right guard.

One way or another, I like the idea of adding another piece on the interior offensive line and Jake Hanson would be a nice selection on day two. He looks like an early starter at the next level.
