The last practice of the week for the Denver Broncos is complete. Which players will carry an injury designation ahead of Sunday’s contest?

Friday practice has come and gone for the Denver Broncos. There were quite a bit of players on the injury report this week. Some of which are big names. During Wednesday and Thursday’s session, we did not see Von Miller or Alexander Johnson practicing.

On Friday, they were able to take to the practice field. So, what is the plan for them on Sunday? Vic Fangio just met with the media and listed the players that will carry a injury designation for the game against the Los Angeles Chargers.

All of the following players are listed as questionable.

Duke Dawson (concussion)

Von Miller (knee)

Alexander Johnson (knee)

Ju’Wuan James (knee)

Shelby Harris (ankle)

Josey Jewell (ankle)

Looking at this list, I would be very surprised if Duke Dawson did end up playing. Because he is in the concussion protocol, he will need to wait until he is cleared by the doctors to suit up. Granted that the Broncos signed a cornerback this week, it looks like he might not be cleared in time.

Vic Fangio noted that Ju’Wuan James will either suit up and start or not play at all. Hopefully he will get the chance to start to help out the offensive line.

Von Miller being listed as questionable is something that Broncos Country will have to pay close attention to. According to Fangio, he has progressed every day, but is still listed as questionable.

It would be a real shame if he could not make it to the game. Denver would lose a key player on the defensive side of the football. Hopefully he recovers and will get on the field soon.

Denver kicks off against the Los Angeles Chargers at 2:25 PM MT.
