Second Round (37th Overall) – Shaun Wade, CB, Ohio State

I am going to use this pick by virtue of the belief that the Denver Broncos do not bring back Chris Harris Jr. So, the Broncos are really going to need someone to help in the secondary. Do not be surprised if the team finds a veteran cornerback in free agency if CHJ does not return.

Because of this, the Broncos are going to need a solid cornerback. This is where Shaun Wade comes into the picture. He’s a disruptive corner who can make some big time plays when called upon.

And another great feature, or in this case, features. He can separate the ball from the receiver’s hands as well as tackle effectively. From the film I saw of him, he does a good job at coverage. He would be a great pick up if he falls to Denver.
