Noah Fant

While rookie TE Noah Fant’s numbers certainly weren’t sexy today, finishing with just three receptions for 14 yards, he was a security blanket for Brandon Allen, and was Allen’s go to guy during the matchup.

Fant was able to pick up some yardage and a first down or two, which were hard to come by in a beyond poor day for the Denver Broncos’ offense. While much of Broncos Country has been critical of Noah Fant, especially for drops, he truly has not been bad this season, and many must realize that he is a rookie; most rookies do not come in make a huge impact immediately, especially those at the tight end position.

Here is a little perspective on Noah Fant’s season from PO’s own Cameron Parker:

Although Fant was far from 60+ yards on the season today, he still has opportunity for some significant yardage going forward. Fant is just one of many struggling to find his footing in this inept offense; perhaps if the offense can break out in 2020, so can Fant.
