Broncos at Bills (Part 2) and NFL Pick ‘Em

Baylor Bradac

Continuing their road trip to Buffalo Sunday, the Denver Broncos are coming off a heart breaking loss from a very winnable game in Minnesota last week. After blowing a 20-point halftime lead, Denver just couldn’t finish in the red zone in the dying seconds of the game.

Fortunately there  were a lot of positives to build off of in the first half of that game. The 7-3 Bills have a very good defense, similar to Minnesota, but lacks the offensive power the Vikings have. If the Broncos are capable of 20 points (should have been more) in the first half against a solid defense, I fully believe they have a shot in this game.

It’s going to be a defensive battle most of the day, but I like the Broncos’ offense better than the Bills’ in this contest.

In a game that’s likely to see plenty of turnovers, I expect it to come down to the wire yet again.

The Broncos will prevail over the Bills.

I believe Vic Fangio’s defense is going to absolutely swarm Josh Allen and the Bills’ offense on Sunday.

The Bills have struggled badly against even average teams they have played this season, save for the Marcus Mariota-led Tennessee Titans.

The Bills are what the Broncos would be if the Broncos were winning their close games instead of losing them.

Even though history has not helped the Denver Broncos when it comes to traveling to Buffalo to play the Bills, this truly could be anyone’s game. Both teams feature strong defenses. But I truly think that the Broncos Country defense is better than that residing in Bills Mafia.

Phillip Lindsay and Royce Freeman are going to be huge factors in this game. Buffalo’s defense might be ranked third in the league in some key categories, but they are in the bottom half in rushing yards allowed.

Josh Allen does not scare me to be honest. He does have a bright future, but if the pass rush of the Broncos can get to him before he can escape and run, it will be a long day.

Look for this one to be filled with turnovers and some big plays. If Denver is able to get out to a huge lead, that will force Josh Allen to throw the ball. Just do not allow any big plays and it is a win.

NFL Pick ‘Em

The Predominantly Orange staff came together to pick who we all think will win every matchup across the NFL for Week Twelve. There are just three unanimous picks this week.
