Adding depth at the tackle position is going to be critical for the Broncos. This draft may make it a bit of overkill with Garett Bolles likely staying on the roster no matter what the Broncos do, as well as Ja’Wuan James at right tackle and then the pick of Trey Adams in the mock.

Elijah Wilkinson will also be back next year for the Broncos, but he’s more likely to focus on guard.

I think Alaric Jackson’s fall from grace this season is a bit overblown. He was considered a no-doubt top 50 prospect heading into the season, and coming back from injury, he’s clearly been overshadowed by Tristan Wirfs and the fact that he really struggled against a talented Michigan front.

With that said, the pro potential has always been there for Jackson and he’s a solid fit for the Broncos coming from the Iowa Hawkeyes’ pro-style system.

Jordyn Brooks is a tackling machine. He’s got 102 stops already this season with 18 tackles for loss and three sacks from his off-ball linebacker position.

His play speed is outstanding and he would be a great fit to develop behind Todd Davis and Alexander Johnson in this Vic Fangio defense.
