Connor McGovern is yet another prominent free agent for the Broncos this offseason. Will the team bring him back?

I’m sure that’s the plan, but even if McGovern does come back, the Broncos need to add depth and possibly a starter on the interior offensive line at right guard with Ron Leary’s status in question.

Matt Hennessy has been a starter for three seasons at Temple and the redshirt junior looks like a future pro with a stellar track record, especially in pass protection.

Simply put, the guy doesn’t allow anything or anybody to get by him. He had only two pressures allowed his entire sophomore season, and he’s been similarly effective in 2019.

It’s no guarantee he will leave after this season — he’s still got one more year of eligibility — but if he does come out, he would be a very nice fit here in round three for the Broncos.
