Cushenberry is a popular mock draft pick for the Broncos right now, and for good reason.

Connor McGovern is a possible free agent at the end of the season, and Cushenberry looks like an NFL-ready center prospect.

I think he could also be a starter in the NFL at guard, and even if the Broncos are able to keep McGovern, they may have to part ways with Ron Leary, creating an opening at right guard.

Cushenberry has great size at 6-foot-4, 315 pounds, and he’s a leader on this Tigers’ team both on and off the field.

He was awarded the no. 18 jersey at the beginning of the season, which he only wears in practice because of NCAA rules, but the 18 jersey is given to the player who best exemplifies LSU’s values as a program.

He plays the game with great technique and should continue rising up draft boards.
