The Rest
Andrew Beck, TE/FB
The Broncos brought in Beck after roster cuts were turned in around the league via waivers, and he’s played a role as a backup tight end and fullback with Andy Janovich missing the first part of the season and then an injury more recently to Jeff Heuerman pushing him to more work.
We still haven’t seen a ton from Beck, but he’s taken over the TE3 duties in Denver over Troy Fumagalli. He’s been a solid blocker for the Broncos so far, but isn’t offering a ton in the passing game just yet.
Grade: C-
Juwann Winfree, WR
The Broncos traded up in the sixth round of the 2019 NFL Draft to get Juwann Winfree, but we haven’t seen much at all from him since preseason play.
They are bringing him along slowly but the team clearly believes he has the ability to grow into something.
With Tim Patrick coming back after the bye, Winfree is going to have to show the coaches something in practice in order to get targets in an offense where targets are hard to come by right now.
