Several members of Predominantly Orange join me in choosing midseason offensive and defensive MVPs of the Denver Broncos.

Okay, I know what you’re thinking. How could a 3-6 football team be worthy of awards? Well, let me tell you. The Denver Broncos are deserving.

Yes, there have been some concerning aspects regarding the team in 2019, but it’s not like everything has been bad. It has just taken the team this long to figure out the right formula to become a better team.

Unfortunately, Von Miller’s sack total has plummeted from years’ past through nine games, but that doesn’t mean he hasn’t made an impact. Bradley Chubb went down with a torn ACL. There’s nothing anyone could have done to avoid something like that. That’s just football.

Of course, I’ve yet to mention probably the most-talked about player (in a bad way) through eight games: quarterback Joe Flacco. Flacco just didn’t look like he was a fit for offensive coordinator Rich Scangarello’s offense. Brandon Allen looked much better in his one game than Flacco did in eight.

It is only one game, and we’ll see how he fairs in week eleven, with the Denver Broncos entering their week ten bye.

The Broncos have some very nice talented players. Here are some players members of Predominantly Orange feel deserve mid-season awards.
