Phillip Lindsay, RB

There are not many weeks when Lindsay doesn’t make the list or isn’t at least an honorable mention, but he always deserves to be included, especially after busting open for a huge 40-yard scoring run.

Lindsay finished the day with nine carries for 92 yards, averaging 10.2 yards a carry. Lindsay had last touched the end zone in the victory against the Tennessee Titans. It was fun to see him get his due again.

Although Lindsay is likely not in contention for a Pro Bowl spot with the lack of offense thus far, he is having another solid season for the blunt lack of offensive help, and proving that 32 teams did most definitely miss on not drafting him, including the Broncos, who found a diamond in the rough in the hometown kid.

Phillip Lindsay has quickly become a fan favorite in Denver, and perhaps this improved offense will create more end zone opportunities for him.
