Trick No. 2: Unfortunate injuries

Yes, injuries are a part of the game, but it seems as if the Denver Broncos have been snake bitten by it all season long. And it happens to some of the key positions. It all started during week one when Ju’Wuan James was forced to miss time with a knee injury. He was able to return against the Colts only for that knee to get injured again.

Bradley Chubb’s was absolutely devastating as he was lost in Week Four against the Jaguars and will miss the remainder of 2019. The recent injury to Joe Flacco very well might be the nail in the coffin for 2019 as he will be out for an extended period of time, which could very well end him on injured reserve.

And with injuries to Theo Riddick, Bryce Callahan, and Jake Butt, it is frustrating to lose players in key positions. But there is not much that can be done. Injuries happen.
