Trade RB Devontae Booker to Jacksonville for a pick

So far in 2019, there’s been absolutely no role to speak of for Devontae Booker. With running back injuries sort of piling up around the league, the Broncos would be wise to shop Booker around in the final year of his contract.

The former fourth-round pick out of Utah showed promise as a rookie despite some fumbling issues, leading the Broncos in rushing, but he’s been mostly a receiving back and special teams player since 2016.

With Booker’s role in the offense non-existent, maybe the Broncos could send him to a place like Jacksonville where he could increase his value in 2020 free agency.

Booker is a reliable target in the passing game when utilized and could probably carry the load for a team in a pinch.
