Trade a draft pick for Cleveland Browns WR Rashard Higgins

The Broncos’ offense looks like absolute garbage right now, especially the passing game.

The last thing this team needs is Courtland Sutton getting double-teamed every play and his development stifled.

If no one else is going to be stepping up at wide receiver anytime soon, why not make a play for a former Colorado State star in Rashard Higgins?

Higgins had 39 catches last year with four touchdowns in Cleveland, averaging almost 15 yards per catch, but has been relegated to backup duties this season and isn’t playing much of a role in the Browns’ offense.

Although he’s not a dynamic speed player like Emmanuel Sanders, Higgins is a strong route runner and has good hands, and is capable of making big plays downfield.

He would only be in Denver for eight games, but maybe you get him in the fold and find something that could work out long-term for both sides as the Broncos are poised to look at adding receivers next offseason.
