Trade OT Garett Bolles, picks for Washington OT Trent Williams

This is where we get into crazy-town with some trade ideas.

Trent Williams has vowed not to play for the Washington Redskins anymore.

Garett Bolles is playing terribly. The Broncos must do something, right?

I highly doubt this move would happen and I’m sure more desperate teams have/would offer more than the Broncos would be willing to pay for Williams right now, but this is the type of move that could at least allow us to get a fair look at the offense down the stretch with how bad the tackle position has been in 2019.

Trade Bolles and a third-round pick to the Redskins so they have a left tackle to utilize out there and get Williams back in return.

The Redskins are probably too arrogant to trade away Williams for a third-round pick, and the Broncos have two pretty high ones to offer in their own selection and Pittsburgh’s right now. They could offer the Redskins their highest of the three picks to try and make it happen.

Right now it doesn’t sound like Washington is wanting to sell Williams to the highest bidder, so this is more of a dream scenario but you never know.
