After a week off due to traveling, the Denver Broncos Fanzone has returned. This week, I chat with Walter Lewis and get his takes on the Broncos.

Well Broncos Country, your Denver Broncos are sitting at 2-5. I do not like to say this, but I am not liking the chances of this team getting to that .500 record or slightly better. Little did I know how brutal the schedule would be.

There have been some teams that have been some surprises. And because of that, the team could very well be in a bad spot. But there is no sense in giving up hope just yet. Wait until the fat lady has sang. But it appears she is warming up her vocals.

But until then, Denver has a game on Sunday. This week begins their five game road stretch that have start times at the early afternoon slot. Which means for those living in the mountain time zone and further west, it is going to be an early day.

No worries. There are two home games at the late afternoon slot and a bye during that stretch. But this will be really telling in 2019.

With the Broncos Fanzone returning, I have decided to chat with Walter Lewis, a Broncos fan. I had the chance to meet him on my trip to Denver a couple weeks ago. Let us see what he has to say about the state of the Broncos.

The Denver Broncos have come crashing back to earth. With the season nearly halfway done, is there any positives from these games?

I think some positives are the young stars are starting to really sprout. Cortland Sutton and Malik Reed have been nice for us.

Despite all that is going on, the Broncos are still within range of perhaps doing something in the later portion of the season. Do you believe they can make a run with their remaining schedule?

I think they can with that said the offense has to find their identity. We don’t have the 2015 Broncos defense so offense has to show up week in and week out.

As a Denver Broncos fan, what is your favorite moment of all time?

My favorite moment is when my favorite player, Terrell Davis, got his gold jacket!

The Broncos travel to face the Colts. What will it take to get a win?

Offense has to eliminate the turnovers. If we do that we’ll be fine.

Next. Top Emmanuel Sanders moments in Denver. dark

Which player has stood out to you the most this season and why?

Justin Simmons, he is headed to his first pro bowl imo. Very smart player for us.

Thank You Walter for taking the time out to chat with me. Let’s go Broncos!
