If Kyle Allen keeps balling out for the Carolina Panthers, could Cam Newton be traded? Here’s why the Denver Broncos would make no sense if so.

With the trade deadline two weeks away, it is fair to speculate different trade scenarios.

One trade, in particular, is of note to Denver Broncos fans, and it involves the quarterback who the Broncos beat in Super Bowl 50: Cam Newton.

Adam Lefkoe talked about potential trade destinations for Newton and the Denver Broncos are the team he feels could be the best fit.

Newton won the MVP award en route to the NFC Championship in the 2015 season, but that was then. This is now. Things change and he has as well.

If Newton were to head to Denver, he would have another young team around him and plenty of playmakers. I just don’t see this trade taking place or making sense.

Ever.

Let’s take a minute and discuss why this would:

1.) Be a bad idea, and;
2.) Just wouldn’t work out.
