Chris Harris Jr., Cornerback

Chris Harris Jr, much like the rest of the Broncos’ defense, put on a clinic Sunday with his first interception of the season, a forced fumble and two pass breakups.

Harris remains as hungry as he was as he worked to prove himself as an undrafted free agent back in 2011. He has been one of the most important pieces of the defense throughout his career.

Although it is unclear what the status of the Broncos-CHJ relationship will be at the conclusion of this season, enjoy the performance that CHJ puts on week in and week out; there may be a good chance that CHJ is no longer a member of the Broncos organization at the beginning of next season.

Until then, remain hopeful that Elway can find common ground with Harris once again and get him a new deal that ensures he will retire a Denver Bronco.
