The Denver Broncos came away victorious over the Tennessee Titans in Week 6 action. Who stood out, and who needs to improve? Let’s discuss.

Happy “Victory Monday”, Broncos Country! The Denver Broncos were victorious for the second week in a row, shutting out the Tennessee Titans at home 16-0.

It was a great day, with Champ Bailey being inducted into the Ring of Fame, Bailey and the Bowlen family receiving their respective Hall of Fame rings, and the Broncos landing in the win column once again.

While there is a lot of season left with much work to do, the Broncos are finally perhaps giving everyone something to be excited for. 2-4 may not look impressive on paper, but for an 0-4 start, the past two weeks have been much better than the first four.

Whose stock is up after yesterday, and who needs to get to work?

Let’s break down Week 6’s stock report.

Stock-Up

Brandon McManus, Kicker

McManus continues to be the anchor of this slow Broncos offense, going 2/2 on the afternoon with one made PAT.

His made field goals included a long 53-yarder, breaking his streak of seven consecutive misses from 50 yards or longer.

This field goal was a huge boost for the Broncos and a vital part of Sunday’s victory. Although McManus was sitting on a streak of missed kicks, he has been one of the most consistent kickers of 2019, which is huge, considering the Broncos struggled greatly to finish drives and to get into the end zone.

While it is hopeful that the team will not rely on McManus as much going forward, it is a good thing that he is reliable with how often his services are needed.
