Oakland Raiders

Sitting at 3-2, the Oakland Raiders have been somewhat of a surprise this season.

Rookie running back Josh Jacobs had had a huge hand in their success, giving the Raiders offense a new look and consistently setting them up with a solid ground game.

The Raiders’ defense has looked much improved as well, although they will now be without hard-hitter Vontaze Burfict the rest of the season, due to an upheld suspension for his helmet-to-helmet hit on Colts’ TE Jack Doyle.

However, the Raiders are still dealing with some inconsistency issues. While the Raiders looked like a very complete football team in last week’s win against the Chicago Bears, they looked completely opposite in their blowout loss against the Minnesota Vikings.

Coming off of their bye, they will be facing Aaron Rodgers and the Packers at Lambeau Field. If they can win, it would be a huge success for the Raiders and may prove they are worthy to be in the playoff conversation.

This team completely embarrassed the Broncos, but luckily, the Broncos still have the opportunity to return the favor in Denver in December.
