Melvin Gordon Looks to Return Strong

Melvin Gordon officially ended his holdout about two weeks ago, although Austin Ekeler received the workload last week. Although it is speculated that Ekeler will receive the majority of the carries once again, look for Melvin Gordon to be mixed into the workload to loosen him up.

The Broncos are more than aware of how lethal Melvin Gordon can be and will hopefully have an effective game plan to shut down both backs.

Was Adam Rank’s Broncos’ Prediction Not So Far-Fetched?

When Adam Rank dropped his predictions prior to the season, much of Broncos Country was rolling their eyes and scoffing at his 2-14 prediction for the Broncos. However, it is unlikely that anyone really foresaw the Broncos season beginning as catastrophically as it has, and as a result, has many wondering if perhaps, Adam Rank wasn’t wrong about his lowly prediction.

However, it is a little early to be jumping to that conclusion; the Broncos really are a couple of mistakes away from a 2-2 record, and really have not been blown out in any games, although they never were going to catch up against the Raiders in week one. As of now, it seems like this Broncos team can win at least 4-5 games.
