The Denver Broncos are moving down the field with ease against the Jacksonville Jaguars and it is showing on the scoreboard.
Sitting at no wins and three losses, the Denver Broncos know they would need to get it going early and often. So far, it has worked against the Jacksonville Jaguars. It is quite awesome to see the offense clicking as much as they are.
There were a lot of first in this first half of the Denver Broncos’ second home game of the season. We got to see Noah Fant record his first NFL touchdown of his career on a screen play. He was able to follow his blockers and get into the end zone.
We also got to see the Denver Broncos end their sackless streak when Von Miller got to Gardner Minshew on a first down play. Bradley Chubb would follow that up with a sack of his own later on to give the Broncos defense two sacks on the season.
What has impressed me the most is how the offense is flowing so well and how long they are sustaining their drives. The fact that it is leading to mostly touchdowns instead of field goals has Broncos Country very happy.
The defense is feeding off the offense by shutting down the Jacksonville offense. Late in the second quarter, Von Miller was able to record his 100th sack of his NFL career. What an amazing accomplishment.
Even with Denver having the early lead, they cannot afford to take their foot off the gas pedal. Keep this momentum going, like I have stated all week long. It will be key for the Broncos if they want to secure their first win of the 2019 season.
The Jaguars will receive to start the second half. Here is hoping that Denver can play a full 60 minutes! If they are able to, Broncos Country will celebrate tonight!
