Predicting Denver Broncos at Green Bay Packers and NFL Pick ‘Em
Sayre Bedinger
The Broncos have never won in Green Bay apparently. That’s got to change sometime, right?
The Broncos were one second away from beating what could be the best defense in the NFL this season last week, and while the Packers are 2-0, I think the Broncos’ defense can give Aaron Rodgers fits and have their first big pass-rushing performance of the season.

The Denver Broncos are still searching for their first win under Vic Fangio. It should have happened last week against Chicago, but fate had other ideas. Against the Green Bay Packers, the Broncos must create pressure on Aaron Rodgers. It will not be easy, but the Broncos have to be creative in how they get to him.
Garett Bolles and the rest of the offensive is another key to the game for the Broncos to come out on top. The team must limit penalties on offense that kill the flow of a drive. More importantly, they need to continue to keep Flacco upright. Flacco is not the reason the team is 0-2. It is the offensive line inconsistencies that mess up the rhythm of possible long drives.
It will be a tougher and closer game than people think, but I think Green Bay comes out on top.

Through two games, I have been quite unimpressed by Denver’s offensive line. Green Bay finally has a solid defense in place, and I think it’s going to cause fits for the Broncos offensive line, which is going to continue to throw off the passing attack.
Moreover, heading to Green Bay is never easy, and it’s an early game, which historically hurts PST and MST-based teams.
Packers win by two touchdowns.
NFL Pick ‘Em
Three unanimous picks this week from the staff (Cowboys, Patriots, and Seahawks) and a number of intriguing matchups across the NFL landscape this week.
