Tight End

Travis Kelce – With Tyreek Hill OUT, Travis Kelce will be the apple of Patrick Mahomes’ eye. He had an underwhelming game last week against Jacksonville (which my bank roll felt) but this is a new week. Oakland historically is poor against TEs and Kelce has as much upside as any WR in that price range. You need someone to “bring back” all of those Raiders you will be playing and I think it’s a trap to make that person Sammy Watkins.

Darren Waller – Would you look at that?! Another Raider! He will be chalky for sure but he is on the field as long as Derek Carr is. His workload and opportunities should have him high on the waiver wire. Get your value here and pay up elsewhere. You could even play him at TE and Kelce in your flex and make it work this week.

George Kittle – Another TE that hurt my bottom line last week is George Kittle. Was it his fault? Absolutely not. He had TWO freaking TDs called back. SO tilting. He is the best athlete at the position and has immense upside against a Cincinnati Bengals team that was the worst team in football against the TE position. Add in the fact that he will have nearly half the ownership of Kelce and two thirds the ownership of Waller and that is a GPP play you can win with.

Mark Andrews – NARRATIVE ALERT! Mark Andrews grew up in Scottsdale, Arizona and was a Cardinals fan. That is who he is playing against this week. He broke out for a huge game against Miami last week (who didn’t?) and this seems like you are chasing points. I’m not going to have a ton of him but I will have some.

Every lineup I have Lamar Jackson in will also have Mark Andrews. He also makes good pivot from Waller if you want to lower your lineup’s overall ownership. As a Sooners fan, I’m very excited to watch this game (as it also has Kyler Murray and Hollywood Brown).

Vernon Davis – Jordan Reed is OUT. Darius Guice is OUT. Washington should trail in this game. Dallas gave up like, a bazillion points to Evan Engram last week. Davis won’t have that same kind of volume but he doesn’t have to. He is another pivot if you want off of Waller.
