TE: Jake Butt, Noah Fant, Jeff Heuerman, Troy Fumagalli, Moral Stephens (5).

As we know, the Denver Broncos have been cursed at tight end this offseason/preseason. They have been really banged up at that position.

Denver lost Bug Howard and Austin Fort for the season, while having injuries occur to Noah Fant, Jeff Heuerman, and Jake Butt (again).

Those three players should all be good to go early on during the regular season. So, the team has five tight ends on the active roster right now. I believe they are going to go into the regular season carrying four.

Noah Fant (the team’s first-round draft pick of this year), and Jeff Heuerman are locks. Troy Fumagalli should definitely make the team despite not playing during his rookie season.

I think the odd man out will be Moral Stephens.

The big question mark I have is whether or not Jake Butt can stay healthy. He gave everybody (another) scare in the matchup at the Los Angeles Rams, but he ended up being fine.

Injuries are a huge concern regarding Butt. If he can overcome that part of the sport, he will be very successful for the Denver Broncos.

Prediction: Noah Fant, Jeff Heuerman, Jake Butt, Troy Fumagalli (4)

Cut: Moral Stephens
