WR: Emmanuel Sanders, Courtland Sutton, DaeSean Hamilton, Tim Patrick, River Cracraft, Juwann Winfree, Fred Brown, Brendan Langley, Kelvin McKnight, Stevan Dunbar, Trinity Benson (11).

The Denver Broncos will go into the season with Emmanuel Sanders, Courtland Sutton, DaeSean Hamilton as locks to make the roster.

Sanders has been a nice surprise, coming off an Achilles injury from late in the 2018 season, as well as ankle surgery. It’s looking like he is back to full strength (if he isn’t, that’s scary).

There have been flashes of brilliance by several wideouts for the team this preseason. Juwann Winfree was a 2019 draft pick, while Kelvin McKnight and Trinity Benson have shown nice things as undrafted rookies.

Tim Patrick is a reliable receiver who can go over the top to catch high passes. He has long range. River Cracraft has primarily been a factor on special temas. He only has one career reception, which might hurt his case.

The Broncos—as well as plenty of other teams—need a lot of players at certain positions to get through the preseason without injuries to their top guys. They may already know who they want to keep on the 53 at this point.

It’s all about who they want in the last one or two spots. Do they keep six wideouts?

Prediction: Emmanuel Sanders, Courtland Sutton, DaeSean Hamilton Juwann Winfree, River Cracraft, Tim Patrick (6)
