Denver Broncos: What to look for vs Seattle Seahawks
How will the Denver Broncos perform in their second preseason game of 2019? What are some things we should look for in the matchup vs Seattle?
With the second preseason game about to begin for the Denver Broncos, we are getting closer to cutdown day, when teams have to be at 53 players or under.
Jobs will be lost. Dreams will be crushed. That is just the way it goes in the National Football League.
Head coach Vic Fangio managed to coach the entire game despite dealing with kidney stones. It is crazy that he was able to coach the game while being in so much pain. He just was not going to miss his debut as a head coach of an NFL team.
The Broncos square off against the Seattle Seahawks on Thursday night. Joe Flacco will get his first taste of game action against another opponent while being under center for his new team.
Kevin Hogan will play a little bit, just like Flacco, while Lock will play quite a bit more, according to head coach Vic Fangio.
It is interesting, and not completely surprising that fellow 2019 draft pick Brett Rypien may not play. The Broncos aren’t going to keep four quarterbacks on the roster, so if anything, the quarterbacks on the 53-man roster will either be Joe Flacco, Drew Lock, and Kevin Hogan, or just Flacco and Lock.
