Pat Bowlen Posthumously Receives His Gold Jacket

The emotions ran high Friday night with every mention of the great man we fondly know as Mr. B. Media personality Dick Ebersol recalls his friendship with Pat Bowlen: “To be in the Hall of Fame with so many of these great people, and most of all to be going in with I man I truly loved, Pat Bowlen, means everything to me.”

Rich Eisen recalled the contributions Pat Bowlen made to the Broncos, but also to the NFL. Eisen reminded everyone that without Bowlen, there would be no Sunday Night Football or even NFL Network.

A touching tribute video was played, and the tears continued when Bowlen daughters Brittany, Beth, and Annabel received the gold jacket on behalf of their father. The Bowlen girls displayed the jacket with pride, as we knew they would.
