Late Denver Broncos owner Pat Bowlen was officially enshrined into the Hall of Fame, and his bronze bust unveiled in Canton, OH in an emotional ceremony.

It was an emotional night in Canton, OH for Denver Broncos fans, especially the family, friends, and loved ones of late owner Pat Bowlen.

Bowlen was finally enshrined into the Hall of Fame on Saturday evening after his family received his gold jacket on Friday.

The children of the Broncos’ legendary owner collectively unveiled Mr. B’s bronze bust after an emotional presentation by Steve “Greek” Antonopulos, a longtime member of the Denver Broncos’ organization as a trainer.

This was the scene after a very well done video reel played highlights of Bowlen’s career and testimonies from those who knew him best.

The entire piece of the ceremony dedicated to Mr. Bowlen was really something else.

It wasn’t much different from many enshrinements to most football fans, but to Denver Broncos fans, this one was special. Mr. Bowlen wasn’t there to accept his enshrinement into NFL immortality, unfortunately, and while his children were there along with Greek, this really felt like all of Broncos Country was there in spirit representing Bowlen.

In the end, I think that’s really what he would have wanted anyway.

Bowlen didn’t crave attention, though he deserved it. He didn’t need the spotlight, but his demand for excellence necessitated it.

This night was all about Mr. B and the way Broncos Country has wrapped around him, his family, and the team he has made such a big part of all of our lives.

The memories that have been created because of Bowlen’s love for the game and having a championship-caliber team have been countless for me, personally, and I know for all of you as Broncos fans as well.

What a tremendous ceremony and what a great picture of unity among all of Broncos Country.
