The Denver Broncos take the field on Thursday for their first preseason game of 2019. Which players will fans keep an eye on? I look at some of them here.

While the Denver Broncos are fortunate to play in another preseason game in 2019, this is a perfect chance for the coaching staff to get a better view on how the players look so far in training camp.

Since the Denver Broncos will not be using many starters in the first preseason game, it gives Broncos Country a chance to see some of the other players in action. Second string players, drafted players, undrafted players. That will be what the fans will get to see on display on Thursday night.

While there are some players that have performed well to stay where they are on the current roster, there are another sum of players that will need to showcase that they can play at a high level if they have any shot at staying as the current backup or even making the final roster.

It is only the first game, but some players slip up in one game and they could find themselves down a spot on the depth chart. With that said, here are some Broncos players that I will have a close eye on in the first preseason game.
