Devontae Booker, RB

Devontae Booker may need to do extra work to make the Denver Broncos roster.

With Phillip Lindsay and Royce Freeman as the 1-and-2 running backs (although head coach Vic Fangio says to not make much out of the initial depth chart *wink wink*), Booker is at the third spot at the position. That could change, with the team also having other guys at the position.

That means that Booker could see time at punt returner—or kick returner. It is important for players to contribute as much as they can and in whatever role(s) are asked of them.

Now, Booker is not listed as one of the top four punt returners on the team’s initial depth chart, but there is still plenty of time for that to happen. Will it? Obviously we will have to wait and see what happens.
