Domata Peko

Admit it, Broncos Country. We would love to see this teddy bear of a man back on the field, where he is more of a beast than a teddy bear. Peko truly brings out the best in his teammates and the locker room.

We know that Peko is not getting any younger at the age of 34 and the Broncos were likely ready to let guys like Shelby Harris shine. We know that Harris is ready, but Peko brings a swagger to this defense and gives 150% every snap, and that is not something you find in too many guys. Peko can still play, and it just makes sense to have him on the roster.

If Peko can still perform, he is worth taking another look at. He would pair with Vic Fangio greatly, and it would be interesting to see what he could do under the new system. In a few years, he would make a wonderful addition to the coaching staff upon his retirement.

Peko finishing his career in Denver would be awesome.
