Trey Marshall

Age: 23

2019 Salary Cap hit: $570K

Years under contract: 1

The final safety on the Denver Broncos roster is one that found his way on the active roster last season after spending some time on the practice squad. The Broncos signed Trey Marshall as an undrafted rookie after the 2018 NFL Draft ended. After a long training camp, he would be released, but placed on the practice squad.

He would make his NFL debut in Week 15 against the Cleveland Browns. However, he did not record a stat during the final three games of the season.

Trey Marshall is an interesting prospect. He could find himself either on the final roster again or he could go back to the practice squad. With the lack of safeties on the roster, I can see him possibly stealing a spot and starting 2019 on the active roster.

This safety unit is a bit smaller than I thought, but it has a lot of talent aroun.d it. Hopefully Vic Fangio is able to get the most out of them this season
