Zach Kerr, defensive line
One of the biggest players on the Broncos’ roster period is also one of the team’s biggest personalities.
Zach Kerr was signed to a two-year contract with the Broncos in 2017 when the Colts made the surprising choice not to offer him a restricted free agent tender.
He played in all 16 games with the Broncos last season (only 11 in 2017 due to injury) and had a huge impact off the ‘bench’ last season with 33 total tackles, 1.5 sacks, and two tackles for loss.
One of the best aspects of Kerr’s game is the fact that he plays all over the line.
Although at 330-plus pounds, he’s capable of playing nose tackle, three-technique, and all the way out at defensive end in a three-man front.

Kerr plays with great strength and quickness up front and should give the Broncos a versatile option off the sideline if he isn’t the team’s starting nose tackle in Vic Fangio’s defense.
