While the Denver Broncos have improved on the offensive side of the football, second year wide out DaeSean Hamilton could be the spark the offensive needs.

When the Denver Broncos traded Demaryius Thomas to the Houston Texans, it took away a big part of the offense for the past few seasons. Yes, the offense was not what Broncos Country hoped for the past few seasons, but he certainly helped at times. Denver did have Courtland Sutton and DaeSean Hamilton waiting in the wings.

However, Hamilton did not get his shot until after Emmanuel Sanders was gone for the year with his Achilles injury. While Sanders has made strides to return in 2019, the Denver Broncos should utilize DaeSean Hamilton more in the offense this upcoming season.

Looking at his stats from last year, Hamilton was not in much of the offensive plays then was hoped, even after the Sanders injury. But perhaps there was a reason for his drop off in production.

DaeSean Hamilton had a knee injury towards the end of the season that slowed him down as the 2018 season was coming to a close. With a knee that is fully healthy, I expect him to play a big part in the Denver Broncos offense in 2019.

Why do I believe that? I believe his abilities to get to the football will be very beneficial, especially in the red zone. He has the height to help with jump balls. And he can do well adjusting to the ball to make most of his opportunities.

DaeSean Hamilton has already set expectations for himself in 2019. Joe Marino even has him listed as the Broncos under the radar player for 2019, which is completely true in my eyes. The question is can he get more involved in the passing game under a new offensive coordinator?

A lot are sleeping on the potential that Hamilton has in the passing game. Now that his rookie year is under his belt, I am looking for him to provide a huge spark in 2019 for the Broncos offense.
