Second round: Alvin Kamara, RB, Tennessee (Saints)

Original pick: DeMarcus Walker, DT, Florida State

Stealing from the Saints again, how about instead of taking DeMarcus Walker with your second round pick, go back and get Alvin Kamara?

He was criminally under-utilized at Tennessee, but that has not been the case with the Saints as he has racked up over 3,100 yards from scrimmage on 476 offensive touches.

Kamara is as dynamic as they come, and while this pick would have probably prevented the Royce Freeman pick in 2018, I don’t know that it would have prevented the Broncos from grabbing Phillip Lindsay as a UDFA.

We’re not trying to mess with the timeline too much here.

Kamara is a game-changer offensively. He’s so explosive and so good at making defenses pay in the open field for giving him any sort of crease.
