3. Emmanuel Sanders, WR
Emmanuel Sanders was a phenomenal free agent pickup by the Denver Broncos in 2014. He has shown so much effort week in and week out.
The image above proves that. When passes aren’t exactly where they need to be, you can expect Sanders to go after the football to secure the catch. That is what a team player will do.
The Broncos had inconsistent quarterback play in 2018 but Sanders was still able to record 868 receiving yards and four touchdowns off of 71 receptions. Then Sanders, unfortunately, went down with a torn Achilles which knocked him out the final four games of the season.
Just think what his stats would look like if he had played all sixteen games. He would likely be well past 1,000 yards and have a few more touchdowns.
Now, Sanders is the veteran in the receiver room. He will continue showing the young guys how things are done on and off the field.
If he rebounds fully from the Achilles injury, he could be like John Brown in Baltimore with Joe Flacco—a speed freak.
