5. Shelby Harris, DL
Shelby Harris is one of my favorite players on the Denver Broncos. He always plays extremely hard and some may say he has a chip on his shoulder.
After almost getting cut by the Denver Broncos, he made it clear that keeping him around was the right decision.
Harris was solid at stopping the run, despite the team not being great at that phase of the game for a stretch during the 2018 season. In 2017, Harris recorded 5.5 sacks.
The Broncos defensive line is very, very good. With the addition of Dre’Mont Jones and the hope that DeMarcus Walker makes an improvement, Harris could benefit from the presence of those two players.
Harris made a game-clinching interception against the Pittsburgh Steelers last season. I don’t expect that to happen again (at least not for a while), but if it does, that would be welcome!
