9. Joe Flacco

Joe Flacco has shown that he can win. He can win the big game. Unfortunately, he won that game at the expense of the Denver Broncos in the 2012 playoffs.

But now the 34-year old former Baltimore Ravens quarterback is on the Denver Broncos side of things. And he has some pretty good talent surrounding him on offense.

The potential of the team’s wide receivers is pretty stellar. Despite coming off a torn Achilles, Emmanuel Sanders looks really good in his return and should be able to make an impact for the Broncos when the season starts.

Flacco is a big fan of throwing to the tight end position. The Broncos have some talented guys at that position, including newly acquired first-round draft pick Noah Fant out of Iowa.

Depending on how Sanders bounces back, we may see early success with Flacco-to-Sanders. Flacco had another speedy wide receiver in Baltimore with John Brown. Timing and being on the same page is everything when it comes to a quarterback-wideout connection.
