The Denver Broncos have some key players coming back from injury in the 2019 season. We look at the kind of impact some of them are set to make.

When a team like the Denver Broncos goes through a 6-10 season, you’ve got to be mindful of the reasons why.

Injuries are not the only reason certain teams struggle, but they are a big factor in determining close games.

For instance, how big of a difference might Chris Harris Jr. or Emmanuel Sanders have made in the Broncos’ close game at home against the Cleveland Browns? The Broncos were so thin at cornerback in that game, they were using Justin Simmons out there on a full-time basis.

For the Broncos to lose Sanders and Harris at basically the same time (in the midst of a three-game winning streak) was detrimental and I would argue essentially cost them their shot at the playoffs if even a remote shot.

What other players were hurt last year that caused the Broncos to have some guys who may not even be on NFL rosters in 2019 out there playing significant snaps?

Let’s take a look at the players coming back from injury this season for the Broncos who are hopefully going to be ready for the start of training camp.
