5. Courtland Sutton, WR

One of the top five guys I’m taking with me if I have to whittle this list down is wide receiver Courtland Sutton.

We haven’t seen Sutton’s full potential yet, and that’s a scary thing for opposing teams.

We know this guy can win 50-50, contested situations with defensive backs, but he’s got a lot more to unlock as he progresses through his NFL career.

Sutton’s size is obviously his greatest advantage at this point, but he showed off some insane short-area quickness and explosiveness with a 6.57 in the three-cone drill. That put him in the 96th percentile for receivers and he’s probably in the 99th percentile for guys his size.

Add in the fact that Sutton runs a 4.54 in the 40-yard dash and has some of the most outstanding athletic metrics from a strong receiver class in 2018, and you have a guy who has WR1 written all over him.

I think he’s going to take the next step in 2019 and prove he’s worthy of that title.
